Overview of Specialties

  • Grief & Life Transitions

Change is one of life’s few constants, but that doesn’t make it easy. Whether you’re navigating a loss, a new beginning, or a major adjustment, I offer perspective, guidance, and support to process what’s unfolding. With compassion, perspective, and hope, we’ll work together to make sense of this season and begin shaping what comes next.

  • Couples & Relationships

There is value in exploring and strengthening relationships of all kinds. This can include romantic and intimate relationships, platonic friendships, family dynamics, and many others. We can work together to untangle old patterns, find safety in communication, and highlight your needs, offering healing to you, and those you love.

  • Identity & Self-Esteem

In an ever-changing world both digitally and interpersonally, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the many voices shaping how we see ourselves and define our worth. My approach is non-judgmental, creating a warm and supportive space for you to explore your identity, rediscover your strengths, and grow into a fuller sense of self.

  • Adolescents & Parents

Utilizing play and behavioral therapy, I support children and teens ages 7–17 in navigating the challenges of growing up today. Together we can explore identity, emotions, and communication, while addressing how authority, friendships, and the digital world shape their growth. I focus on supporting your child while also equipping you as parents with tools to strengthen connection and guide their development.

  • Anxiety & OCD

OCD and anxiety can feel like both a strength and a burden. When self-criticism, intrusive thoughts, or burnout start to take hold, it can be hard to know how to slow down. With warmth, compassion, and my training in I-CBT (a research-backed, effective treatment for OCD) we’ll explore what’s underneath the pressure and begin to untangle patterns that no longer serve you.

  • Childhood Trauma & Adult Children of Divorce

Childhood trauma can shape how you see yourself and your relationships, and old patterns of protection can leave you feeling confused or alone. Experiencing parental divorce can also dictate how we view relationships and safety into adulthood. Together, we’ll explore how these early experiences show up today and create new paths toward healing and resilience.

Whether dealing with past traumas, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions - or any other thing - my approach will always be tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we will foster positive change and personal growth. I am here to support you, ensuring you have the tools and understanding to move forward confidently.
