Hi, I’m Mandi

I believe every emotion is a step toward understanding; let's navigate them together.

I’m a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Los Angeles, CA. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of North Dakota, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I completed my initial clinical training at Maple Counseling Center and Hillside Wellness Center. During this time I offered psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples with a wide range of issues and backgrounds.

My Background

Prior to pursuing my therapy licensure I had the impactful experience of working in rural counties of my home state, Minnesota, as a Targeted Case Manager. During this time I supported outreach, skills development, symptom management, and vocation improvements for adults diagnosed with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.

I have always had a passion for working with people and a curiosity about what forms a person’s personality and sense of self. What are the stories they tell themselves? Who wrote them, who edits them? I will help to shine a light on these experiences so together we can establish a future you’re excited about.

I look forward to supporting individuals from all walks of life interested in improving their well-being and exploring healing and growth. I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally-attuned approach that is completely tailored to the unique person I have the privilege of sitting in session with.
