I often work with individuals and couples who grew up with emotionally immature or distant parents, adult children of divorce, or those who’ve experienced significant anxiety or OCD. These experiences often lead to perfectionism, people pleasing, and anxious attachments. In couples this can look like never being on the same page, feeling disconnected, or difficulty communicating effectively. The patterns that once helped you cope, may now be holding you back.

Therapy offers a warm, supportive space to explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and begin to shift long-standing patterns.

My Therapeutic Approach

I offer an integrative, person-centered approach tailored to your unique needs. My work combines evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness with the insight of Narrative Therapy and Parts Work, as well as Gottman Method for couples.

Having faced many of the challenges I now support such as anxiety, perfectionism, and complex family dynamics, I bring both professional skill and lived experience. This helps me guide clients beyond patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, and overwhelm.

Many clients have histories of childhood trauma, emotionally immature parents, or come from divorced, or disorganized families. These experiences often contribute to anxious attachment, people-pleasing, and internal pressure that leads to the disconnect you feel today. My approach creates a compassionate yet focused space to address these challenges effectively.

Therapy with me is collaborative and attuned. I meet each person as a human first and therapist second, bringing warmth, honesty, and respect. I work with individuals ages seven and up as well as couples, and feel honored to be invited into each client’s inner world.
